Callie, Chief Skincare Specialist, is originally from the Deep South, but has strong family roots in Texas. She has proudly called herself a “Texas Girl” for the last 13 years. Callie is a true pioneer in the world of aesthetics, beginning her career when the field itself was first being created. Callie worked with the first hair removal and skin rejuvenation lasers in addition to the second microdermabrasion machine in the state of Texas. She has conducted FDA trials for the efficacy of lasers in treatment of acne. Callie serves as a consultant and instructor for several prominent laser and skin care companies. Callie believes ongoing education and pursuit of improvement in her field allows her to give the most up to date therapies to her clients. For the over ten years, Callie has been providing amazing results and her faithful following of clients is proof of her commitment to perfection. Callie’s husband Barry, a lieutenant at fire station five, has worked as a firefighter in Wichita Falls for the last seventeen years. Callie and Barry adore their two little princess girls and enjoy their laughter and antics. Callie and her family are members of Edgemere Church of Christ and their daughters attend Wichita Christian School.

Dana Hurley has been the Aesthetic Nurse Specialist for The Cosmetic Laser Center since July, 2008. She began her nursing career in 1999 and has dedicated the past 10 years to clinical education & research. Dana has been working in the aesthetic industry for only a short time, but has had a amazing impact on both the filler as well as the Botox market. Dana specializes in injectables such as BOTOX, Restylane Radiesse and Juvederm. She is known for her creative uses of BOTOX for brow arching and cosmetic dermal fillers for rejuvenating the aging face, reshaping the nose, and correcting receding lips & lip lines. She was recently recognized as the leading Nurse Injector in the Texoma region and one of the top injectors in the United States. Dana’s advancements in the injection arena have been recognized with the highest acclaim. She is an injector trainer for both Botox and cosmetic dermal fillers which involves educating nurses and physicians on the proper injection techniques when using these products. When she is not providing patient care or nurse injector training she enjoys aesthetic medical research. In addition to her research she is enjoys writing a self help book, which she hopes to one day publish. |

Lori Suggs, recognized as a pioneer of the “Medispa” concept, opened The Cosmetic Laser Center in 1997. Lori was born in Vernon, Texas and attended Southern Methodist University. She opened Warehouse Carpet in down town Wichita Falls in 1989 and successfully “floored” Texoma until she made a career decision to explore the aesthetic industry. The Cosmetic Laser Center is considered to be Texoma’s premier laser facility and has been recognized nationally as a training site for both lasers as well as cosmetic injectables. Lori was recognized as one of Texoma’s leading women business owners. The Cosmetic Laser Center, under Lori’s direction, has been a site for FDA trials, medical aesthetic workshops, and practice consulting. Doctors and nurses from both The United States and abroad have come to The Cosmetic Laser Center for training. In addition to her passion for the aesthetics industry, she loves animals, painting, travel and spending time
with her beautiful daughter, Madeline.

Edgar Zambrano DO

Edgar Zambrano, DO, the medical director of The Cosmetic Laser Center is an
extremely devoted, skilled, and respected surgeon. He was born in Columbia,
grew up in New Jersey, but, now calls Texas his home. A Deans List Graduate
from Rutgers State University, he attended medical school at the Philadelphia
College Of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed his Cosmetic Surgery
Fellowship from Dr. Howard Tobin, world recognized pioneer in cosmetic surgery.
His approach to both body as well as facial rejuvenation promotes natural
surgical results that allows patients to have a beautiful outcome. His attentive
nature and bedside manner allows him the opportunity to develop strong, long
term relationships with his patients. Serving on several boards and committees
at his county medical center, and volunteering at his local crisis center, is how he
enjoys giving back to his community. |

Howard Tobin MD FACS

Dr. Tobin has over 35 years experience in Cosmetic Surgery. He is the director of the nationally recognized Facial Plastic & Cosmetic Surgical Center in Abilene, Texas. He has served in numerous leadership positions in state and national medical associations.
Graduating from Princeton University with honors, he attended medical school at Baylor University College of Medicine in Houston. Post doctoral training was then carried out in Houston, Virginia and Cincinnati, leading to board certification by the American Board of Cosmetic Surgery, the American Board of Facial Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery, and the American Board of Otolaryngology.
He is a Past President of the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery. He also served as that organization's representative to the FDA. He is also Past President of the American Society of Liposuction Surgery, having served on the Board of Directors of that organization for several years. He is a Past Chairman of the Ambulatory Surgery Committee of the American Academy of Facial Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery from 1984 until 1990. He has twice served as President of the Cosmetic Surgical Society of Texas.
He is recognized as a pioneer in the concept of ambulatory surgery, especially in the field of Cosmetic Surgery. He served for ten years on the Board of Directors of the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care - the nation's largest organization for outpatient health care accreditation. His Facial Plastic & Cosmetic Surgical Center was the first licensed Center is Texas for this type of work.
Dr. Tobin has authored over seventy published scientific papers in the medical literature. He has written several chapters in medical textbooks. He is a frequent lecturer throughout the world. A dedicated teacher, Dr. Tobin conducts a Fellowship Training Program in Cosmetic Surgery as well as serving on the faculty of the University of Texas - Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas. He is well known for the many live surgery workshops, which he has conducted at his Center. Doctors from throughout the world have come to Abilene to attend and learn from him.
