Opt-In

When you opt in to receive text messages from Cosmetic Laser Center ("CLC," "we," "us," or "our"), you will receive a confirmation message acknowledging your enrollment.

By opting in, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing and informational text messages, which may include appointment reminders, promotional offers, service updates, and related communications. Messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system (ATDS) or similar technology to the mobile number you provided during sign-up or any other number you designate.

Message frequency varies based on your interaction with Cosmetic Laser Center. We reserve the right to change the frequency of messages at any time and to change the short code or phone number from which messages are sent.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.

Message & Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Please consult your wireless provider for details regarding your mobile plan. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Carriers

Participating carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

Cancellation

You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, you will receive a confirmation message indicating that you have been unsubscribed and will no longer receive messages.

If you later choose to re-enroll, you may sign up again through the original opt-in method.

Transfer of Number

If you change or transfer your mobile number, you agree to either reply STOP from your original number or notify us at trish@clcwf.com before the transfer. This helps ensure proper management of messaging preferences.

Changes to Messaging Terms

We may modify or discontinue our messaging program or these Messaging Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued participation in the messaging program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
