Improve Skin Texture and Stimulate Collagen with Microneedling

Collagen stimulation. Smoother texture. Healthier-looking skin.

If you’re looking to improve skin texture, soften fine lines, reduce pigmentation, or support long-term collagen production, microneedling offers a clinically proven solution. This minimally invasive treatment stimulates your body’s natural healing response to generate new collagen and healthier skin from within.

At Cosmetic Laser Center, microneedling treatments are performed by licensed skincare professionals using an FDA-approved precision device. Each treatment is customized with professional ZO Skin Health serums selected specifically for your skin concerns, helping you achieve smoother, firmer, and more balanced skin over time.

How Microneedling Works

Microneedling creates controlled micro-channels in the skin using a precision pen-like device. These tiny, strategic micro-injuries stimulate the body’s natural healing response, increasing collagen and elastin production.

As new collagen forms, skin appears smoother, firmer, and more refined. The micro-channels also allow for enhanced absorption of targeted ZO Skin Health serums, delivering active ingredients deeper into the skin where they can be most effective.

This dual approach — collagen stimulation plus customized serum infusion — makes microneedling an effective treatment for improving overall skin quality.

Customized ZO Skin Health Boosters

Every microneedling treatment at Cosmetic Laser Center includes a professional ZO Skin Health serum selected based on your skin goals.

Brightalive
Supports improvement in pigmentation and promotes a more even skin tone.

Firming Serum
Enhances elasticity and supports firmer-looking skin.

Rozatrol
Helps calm redness and reduce visible inflammation, ideal for sensitive or reactive skin.

Complexion Clarifying Serum
Improves clarity and texture for patients prone to congestion or breakouts.

By delivering these targeted formulas through micro-channels, absorption is enhanced, supporting healthier, more resilient skin.

What to Expect from Your Microneedling Treatment

Consultation
Before treatment, your skincare professional will evaluate your skin and discuss your goals to determine whether microneedling is appropriate for you.

Preparation
Your skin will be cleansed and lightly exfoliated. A topical numbing cream is applied to ensure comfort during treatment.

During Treatment
The microneedling device is passed across the skin to create controlled micro-channels. Most patients experience mild sensitivity but find the procedure very tolerable. Treatment typically takes 40–60 minutes.

Finishing Protocol
Your treatment concludes with a Light ZO Peel, additional targeted serum application, and sun protection.

Microneedling — What Patients Ask Most

Am I a good candidate for microneedling?
Microneedling is appropriate for most healthy adults looking to improve skin tone, texture, fine lines, or mild pigmentation concerns. It may not be recommended for individuals with immune-compromising conditions, uncontrolled diabetes, active inflammatory skin conditions, keloid scarring tendencies, recent Accutane use, or pregnancy. Your eligibility will be determined during consultation.

Is microneedling safe?
When performed by licensed skincare professionals using an FDA-approved device, microneedling is considered safe for most skin types. Side effects are typically mild and temporary.

How much does microneedling cost?
Pricing varies depending on your treatment plan and the number of sessions recommended. Because skin concerns differ from person to person, cost is discussed during consultation.

When will I see results?
Many patients notice visible improvement after one treatment. However, optimal results are typically achieved through a series of three or more treatments spaced 2–3 weeks apart. Collagen production continues to improve over time.

Is there downtime?
Most patients experience mild redness similar to a sunburn for 24–48 hours. Your provider will review post-treatment instructions to support proper healing.

What’s the difference between microneedling, nano-needling, and micro-channeling?
“Skin-needling” is a general term for treatments that create controlled micro-channels in the skin. Microneedling uses a medical-grade, FDA-approved device that penetrates to a precise depth for collagen stimulation. Nano-needling and micro-channeling typically operate at more superficial levels. At Cosmetic Laser Center, we use a clinical-grade microneedling device to ensure consistent, controlled treatment.
